Frozen meat free matrix

Combining frozen shredded protein, flavours and functional ingredients, a range of ready to use frozen mixes can be produced and suitable for the following purposes:

A range of IQF chunks have been developed and can be used as a direct replacement for chicken or beef into the following applications:

Ham and bacon

In addition, Brecks also offer ham and bacon style logs ready for dicing or slicing, for use in ready meals such as tagliatelle or ready to eat salads.

These logs can also be sliced and packed for retail either frozen or chilled.
